The 2021 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships are about to start with a 20.7km time trial in Pale (18km from Sarajevo) for a challenging back and forth loop going slightly up in the first 8km to enter a tunnel and then down to a turning point halfway just after 10km to return back to Pale where the finish is located next to the church.

Granfondo Tre Valli Varesine is this year scheduled one week before the 2021 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships after the many covid postponements earlier this year.

The registrations for the 2021 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships will close on Sunday night and riders will not be allowed to register on spot.
