The second edition of the Neusiedlersee Radmarathon as part of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series is a big success.

The cycling weekend in northwestern Istria started on Friday when the first time trial race for amateurs and masters was held in Croatia.

The biggest Croatian Gran Fondo on the northern Istria peninsula exists since 2012 and will for the first time be part of the UCI Gran Fondo World Series with a time trial on Friday and a Granfondo on Saturday.

The race weekend was well filled with a time trial on Thursday including the Oceania Championships, a criterium on Friday, Oceania?s Road Race Championships on Saturday and the national road series for elites and granfondo on Sunday next to a Festival Expo over the whole weekend.

The 2023 edition of Gran Fondo Cyprus was again a very successful event after two covid years and the post corona edition of last year. More than 500 riders from 39 different countries finally signed up enjoying the great weather and Cypriot hospitality during the three days stage race around Paphos.
