The last qualifier of 2023 takes place this weekend in the tourist city of Antalya where lots of riders benefit from the great hospitality in the hotels and combine it with races during the weekend.
The time trial on Friday is a back and forth loop of 20km towards a turning point halfway for a totally flat and fast course along the river. Weather predictions look great for Friday with 22 degrees and sun.
With a day of rest in between the races on Saturday, most riders will be fit and ready to attack the major event day on Sunday with a long granfondo course of 98km with 517m of elevation or a short mediofondo course of 66km with 253m of elevation. The climbs on both courses are situated halfway the course with a few short rolling climbs.
1105 riders have registered representing 30 different nationalities, a new record for its third edition.
