The 3RIDES Granfondo takes place tomorrow in Schweigen-Rechtenbach, set in the scenic Südliche Weinstraße wine region on the German–French border. A strong and international field of 800 riders from 34 countries will line up at the start.
The race begins and ends at the iconic Deutsches Weintor and is known for its unique cross-border character, including a 15-kilometre section through France.
Riders will tackle a 100-kilometre course with 600 metres of elevation, but the challenge lies less in climbing and more in the technically demanding layout. Narrow roads, short rises and constant changes of rhythm demand sharp positioning and full concentration from start to finish.
With its fast pace, technical nature and international atmosphere, the 3RIDES Granfondo promises an exciting day of racing in one of Europe’s most picturesque cycling regions.
