Cyprus and Greece are moving date to later in the season

The organizers of both Cyprus Granfondo, initially scheduled on the last weekend of March and Aristoteles Chalkidiki Granfondo which was meant to happen on the fourth weekend of April have requested to move their event to a later moment.

Both qualifiers are holiday destinations and can always benefit from big numbers of foreigners planning to combine the event with some cycling holidays in warm weather. To cope with the uncertainty of travel restrictions in the next months, the events will now be rescheduled.

Cyprus Granfondo will be held on the weekend of 23-25 April 2021 while Aristoteles Chalkidiki Granfondo in Greece will become the final qualifier event of the season on 27-29 August 2021. It will take place one week before Worlds who will be held in nearby Banja Luka (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
