The third edition of the Luxemburg qualifier event could benefit of splendid weather conditions. After a first cloudy version in 2017 and a very hot edition last year, riders enjoyed a sunny day on the Luxemburg countryside for the 155 or 100km event.

The third edition of Schleck Granfondo on the trainingroutes of former Tour de France podiumrider Frank Schleck has reached another participants record. The Granfondo over 155km has been sold out, riders can still register for the 100km on spot today or tomorrow morning.

With a new time trial and the traditional Century ride since 2004, the Cheaha Challenge in Jacksonville, Alabama keeps on innovating and expending. More than 1100 riders showed up for one of the various distances on offer and enjoyed their challenging and the hospitality of the event. Another 25% growth compared to last season.

The first American qualifier event of the season will take place this weekend in Jacksonville, Alabama and aims to go over 1000 participants with the day-registrations still open today.

The full podium of the Tour de France 2011 will be at the start of the Schleck Granfondo 2019. Frank Schleck and his brother Andy who become respectively third and second in that tour will be the hosts to show all riders the beauty of the Luxemburg countryside and their challenging trainingroutes.

The first edition of Granfondo Rio de Janeiro was an overall success with a race that was designed on the old imperial road with start and finish at the Portobello resort.
