The time trial on Saturday on the 22km challenging course was won by Swiss Jutta Stienen (F45-49) before Granfondo World Champion Maria Cristina Prati (F50-54) and German Kerstin Brachtendorf (F45-49) in a time of 33 minutes and 10 seconds for an average speed of 39.79 km/h.
Fastest male on the same course was another Swiss Daniel Christen (M50-54) before French William Turnes (M45-49) and Tony Mezure (M35-39) in a time of 29 minutes 35 seconds for an average speed of 44,61 km/h.
The Granfondo on the next day was for Italian Luca Chiesa before Federico Brevi and Marco Morrone, all three from the youngest age group.
Polish Alina Mylka (F19-34) was the fastest female before Arianna Marchesini (F35-39) and German Kerstin Brachtendorf (F45-49).
The shorter mediofondo which counted as qualifying distance in the men’s age groups over 60 and women over 50 was won by two Italian World Champions, Marco Previde Massara (M60-64) and Olga Cappiello (F55-59).
