New participants record in Cheaha Challenge Granfondo
Despite Covid-19, the 2021 Cheaha Challenge Granfondo broke another participants’ record with 1231 riders in the Granfondo and 151 in the time trial, a quarter more than in the last edition in 2019. Riders from 35 different US States signed up for the event.
Cheaha Challenge Granfondo for a renewed start of the season
After a long break with only Granfondo Australia in February and Maraton Franja in September with limited numbers of participants, the UCI Gran Fondo World Series will take a new start with a first American qualifier event in Jacksonville, Alabama this weekend in the lead up to the 2021 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Eastern Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) in October.
