The UCI Gran Fondo World Series calendar is being updated with the addition of a new event in Colombia and date changes for races in Costa Rica and Turkey. The Granfondo in Brazil will finally change location to a new city.
New Event: UCI Granfondo Bogota
UCI Granfondo Bogota marks a significant addition as the first-ever UCI Gran Fondo World Series event in Colombia and the second in South America. This race, held on December 7th, will serve as a qualifier for the 2026 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Niseko, Japan.
Rescheduled: CRC 506 Gran Fondo of Costa Rica
The CRC 506 Gran Fondo of Costa Rica, originally planned for June 1st, was unfortunately canceled due to severe flooding. It has now been rescheduled for August 24th, with the racecourses remaining unchanged.
Date Change: Granfondo Antalya
Granfondo Antalya in Turkey will move its dates forward by one week. Originally set for mid-November, the event will now take place from November 7th to 9th in the popular tourist city of Antalya.
Location change: Granfondo Brazil
UCI Granfondo Brazil who took place in Pomerode in the past two years will relocate to the nearby city of Timbo on November 9th. The course will use most of the course of the last years.
